Isabel specializes in anxiety, stress, depression, and the unique experiences of neurodiversity, including ADHD, Autism, and other brain differences. Recognizing the vital role of caregivers, she also provides support to those who care for others. With a strengths-based approach, Isabel helps clients create positive change and build resilience, believing that every challenge presents an opportunity for growth. As the founder of Mindful Growth Wellness Center PLLC, Isabel is dedicated to unlocking each client’s potential. She graduated with honors from the University of Texas at El Paso with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in mental health counseling. Her journey into mental health is deeply personal, driven by a passion to help others embrace their well-being and transform their lives.
