Jeffrey Healey

A native of Chicago, Jeffrey grew up in the heart of the Midwest and has lived and worked across Africa, Europe, Asia, South America, and the Caribbean. With over 20 years of experience, he has served as a middle and high school counselor, and a therapist for Integral Care of Austin, and now works in private practice. Using a client-centered approach, he tailors therapy to each individual's needs, integrating methods such as CBT, DBT, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. Sessions incorporate both discussion and practical strategies, with assigned exercises to reinforce growth. By fostering personal insight and equipping clients with effective tools, Jeffrey encourages active participation in the healing process, guiding them toward resilience and self-discovery.
