Lindsey is a dedicated therapist who provides a safe, supportive space for young adults and adults facing life’s challenges. With over five years of experience working with substance abuse and co-occurring issues, she also specializes in anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, body image concerns, and adjustment disorders. Trained in EMDR since 2020, Lindsey takes a holistic approach, helping clients address underlying wounds that contribute to present struggles. Whether navigating early recovery, relationship conflicts, or major life transitions, she empowers clients to set manageable goals and move forward in their healing process. Available for in-person and telehealth sessions, Lindsey is committed to supporting each individual’s journey toward lasting well-being.
