Stefani Castro, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker providing telehealth therapy to residents of Texas and Washington. She believes effective therapy is rooted in a genuine, trusting relationship tailored to each individual. Specializing in evidence-based treatment for PTSD, trauma, depression, and anxiety, she works with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults to foster self-awareness and improve relationships.
